Chocolate Ice Cream Truffles
Line a baking pan with waxed paper. Pour assorted ice cream coatings, such as nuts, shredded coconut, chocolate cookie crumbs and cocoa powder, in separate bowls.
Scoop chocolate ice cream by rounded tablespoonfuls and quickly roll into balls. Immediately roll in desired coating.
Arrange truffles in prepared pan. Cover and freeze until firm, about 30 minutes. Serve immediately or keep frozen until ready to serve.
