Indian-Style Tandoori Chicken & Noodles

Chicken sprinkled with chili powder is baked in yogurt, lemon juice and cumin for a spicy Tandoori-style chicken dish. Serve with noodles or rice. Tip: Yogurt helps tenderize meat, and coats the outside of your meat well (so it won't run off the meat when you put it on the grill).

    Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat broiler.

    Combine yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin and 1/2 tsp of the chili powder in a medium bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat.

    Arrange chicken, onion and bell pepper in 9x13-in baking pan. Broil, flipping halfway, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender, about 8 to 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile, prepare Chicken Pasta following package directions, adding remaining 1/2 tsp chili powder at the beginning.

    Serve chicken and vegetables over noodles.
