Italian Sausage with Pepper Salsa Recipe
Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
Combine bell peppers, onion, vinegar, smoked paprika and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, oil grill. Barbecue sausages, turning occasionally, until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of sausage reads 160°F, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Assemble sausages in buns. Top with fresh pepper salsa.
