Cheese-Stuffed Pork Burgers Recipe
Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
Gently mix sausage meat with eggs and breadcrumbs in a large bowl until just blended. Divide into 8 portions. Roll each into a ball, then stuff a piece of cheese in centre of balls. Flatten and shape into a 1-in thick patties.
Oil grill. Barbecue burgers until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of burger reads 160°F, about 6 to 8 minutes per side.
Layer bottom buns with burgers, tomato slices and arugula. Sandwich with top buns.
