Creamy Red Potato Salad Recipe
Cover potatoes with water in large pot and bring to a boil over high. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Drain potatoes and return to pot.
Combine dressing, mustard, water and celery seeds in large bowl.
Add potatoes, celery, onion, parsley and basil to dressing. Toss to coat. Serve warm or at room temperature.
