A summer side dish that will never go out of style. The best potato salad recipes have both creaminess and acidity — which this homemade balsamic dressing provides in spades. Just add crunchy celery, red onion and fresh herbs and toss together before serving.

    Cover potatoes with water in large pot and bring to a boil over high. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Drain potatoes and return to pot.

    Combine dressing, mustard, water and celery seeds in large bowl.

    Add potatoes, celery, onion, parsley and basil to dressing. Toss to coat. Serve warm or at room temperature.
