JELL-O Fruit Slices Recipe

JELL-O Fruit Slices Recipe

4-hour 5-Minute recipe Serves 6
This adorable recipe is great for kids (and adults, too, if we're honest). Chilled in hollowed-out citrus halves, these JELL-O fruit slices will get loads of oohs and ahhs from the kids table.

Tip: Jelly takes 4 hours to fully set, so make these treats night before or well ahead of dinner.

Prep: 5 mins
  • 1

Cut oranges crosswise in half. Squeeze to remove juice. Reserve juice for another use. Place shells, cut-side up, in cups in a 12-cup muffin pan.

  • 2

Place each jelly powder flavour in separate medium bowls. Add 2/3 cup boiling water to each bowl. Stir until jelly powder dissolves, about 2 minutes. Spoon jelly mixtures into orange shells.

  • 3

Refrigerate until jelly is firm, about 4 hours. Cut each shell into 3 slices. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
