Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken Recipe
Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
Combine mayonnaise, mustard, honey, vinegar, salt and black pepper in a medium bowl. Reserve one-third of sauce in a small bowl.
Oil grill. Barbecue chicken, brushing with honey mustard sauce and flipping halfway, until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of breast reads 165°F, about 12 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board, then thinly slice.
Serve with reserved honey mustard sauce.
