Leftover Turkey Sloppy Joes
Heat a large frying pan over medium-high. Add oil, then onion, bell peppers, garlic, cumin and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in soup, broth and turkey. Cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 5 to 10 minutes. Serve on buns topped with cheese.
