Lemon Chicken & Broccoli Sauté
Toss chicken with flour in a medium bowl.
Heat a large nonstick frying pan over medium-high. Add 1 tbsp of the oil, then chicken. Cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through, about 6 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.
Add remaining 1 tbsp oil to pan, then broccoli and garlic. Cook for 1 minute. Stir in water and chicken stock until stock is dissolved. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until broccoli is tender-crisp, about 3 minutes. Return chicken to pan and heat through. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
