
Lemon Chicken Pasta Recipe

Prepare side dish following package directions.

Meanwhile, sprinkle chicken with 2 tbsp flour and black pepper. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high. Add margarine. Swirl until melted. Add chicken. Cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side. Transfer chicken to a plate.

Add onion to pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp, about 4 minutes. Sprinkle over remaining 1/2 tbsp flour. Cook, stirring constantly, until flour is toasted, about 1 minute (pan will be dry). Reduce heat to medium. Stir in lemon juice and wine. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 1 minute.

Return chicken to pan. Stir to coat. Serve chicken over pasta, then sprinkle with capers.
