Lemon Cream and Berries
Whisk ½ 250-g block cream cheese, at room temperature, and ½ cup plain yogurt, 1 tbsp honey and 2 tsp each lemon zest and juice in a medium bowl.
Layer ¼ cup lemon cream mixture, ¼ cup cubed pound cake drizzled with brandy (optional) and ½ cup berries in each of 4 parfait glasses. Serves 4.
