    Coat chicken breasts in flour, shaking off excess.

    Heat a large nonstick frying pan over medium-high. Add oil, then chicken. Cook chicken until browned, about 3 minutes per side.

    Combine Savoury Herb with Garlic Soup Mix, water and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Add soup mix to pan and bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until sauce is slightly thickened and chicken is cooked through, about 5 to 10 minutes. Serve over rice, if desired.
