Lemon-Pepper Chicken & Rice
Season chicken with pepper and salt. Heat a large nonstick frying pan over medium-high. Add oil, then chicken. Cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Remove from pan and keep warm.
Stir Cheddar & Broccoli Rice & Vermicelli and water into the same same pan. Bring to boil over high. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender, 7 minutes. Stir in chicken and lemon juice.
