Creamy Lobster Bisque Recipe

This recipe is an easy way to try lobster at home! Made with cream and Alfredo pasta sauce, this velvety (calcium-packed) lobster bisque is ready in just 30 minutes, and is an elegant soup perfect for dinner parties or a nice Sunday dinner with the family.

    Heat a large pot over medium. Add butter, then celery, carrots and onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in tomato paste and cayenne and cook until sizzling, about 1 minute. Add broth, then bring to a boil over high. Reduce heat to low. Simmer until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile, prepare Alfredo Pasta Sauce Mix following package directions, using cream instead of milk.

    Stir sauce into soup. Add lobster and cook just until heated through, 1 to 2 minutes.
