
Parma Rosa® Lobster Linguine

An indulgent pasta recipe to serve on date night! In this dish, lobster tail meat combines with creamy rosé sauce, sherry and fresh herbs for an elegant meal. Directions

Cook linguine in a large pot, following package directions, 7 to 9 minutes. Drain well, then return to pot.

Prepare Parma-Rosa Pasta Sauce Mix following package directions, adding sherry at the beginning.

Stir in lobster 5 minutes before end of cooking.

Remove from heat and stir in basil. Serve over linguine.
