    Stir margarine, maple syrup, mustard and soy sauce in a small bowl. Pour over salmon.

    Bake until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of salmon reads 158°F, about 12 minutes. Serve hot alongside your favourite rice and vegetable side dishes.
