Marmalade-Baked Ham with Clementines
Preheat oven to 300F. Line a small roasting pan with foil. Pat ham dry with paper towel then place in prepared pan.
Spread marmalade all over ham. Trim off and discard ends of clementines then slice into thin rounds. Place clementine slices all over ham, securing slices with cloves. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour min or until piping hot. Uncover, spoon sauce from pan over ham, and bake another 15 to 30 min or until golden. Slice thinly to serve.
