Marmalade-Glazed Ham Recipe
Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 300°F. Line a small roasting pan with foil.
Pat ham dry with paper towels, then place in prepared pan. Spread marmalade all over ham.
Trim off and discard ends of clementines, then slice into thin rounds. Place clementine slices over top of ham, securing each slice with 4 cloves. Cover pan with foil.
Bake for 1 hour. Uncover and baste ham with pan juices. Continue baking until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of ham reads 160°F, about 15 to 30 more minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and thinly slice.
Serve ham with pan juices, mashed potatoes and asparagus, if desired.
