Mediterranean Grilled Beef and Pasta

Spiced ground beef is shaped into kofta-style portions for 10 minutes of easy grilling. Serve this Mediterranean grilled beef with a simple butter and herb pasta, juicy tomatoes and olives. Tip: Oil the grill to prevent the beef sausages from sticking to the grates and the meat falling apart as you rotate it over the heat.

    Combine beef, soup mix, water and Italian seasoning in medium bowl. Shape mixture into 12 sausage shapes. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Preheat barbecue to medium.

    Oil grill. Grill beef, turning once, until cooked through, about 8 minutes.

    Prepare Butter and Herb Pasta following package directions. Add tomatoes and olives and toss to combine. Serve beef alongside pasta.
