Mediterranean Shrimp Pasta Salad
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and black pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
Cook pasta in a medium saucepan, following package directions.
Meanwhile, heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high. Add oil, then bell peppers, shrimp, mushroom and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in basil and olives.
Drain pasta. Stir pasta and mayonnaise mixture into vegetables until combined. Serve immediately.
