Mexican Chicken & Lime Soup
Heat Becel® Oil in large saucepan over medium-low heat and cook onion and garlic, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender, about 3 minutes. Add stock and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low, then stir in chicken. Simmer, partially covered, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 10 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients just before serving
