Taco lovers, rejoice! There’s now an option for every meal of the day. This easy breakfast taco recipe is good for even the laziest of weekends, and comes together in just 20 minutes. Sprinkle with some feta for an extra pop of flavour.

    Heat a medium non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add oil, then crack eggs into pan. Cook, covered, until eggs are just set but yolks are still runny, about 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.

    Add beans, water and garlic and onion powders to same pan over medium-high. Cook, stirring occasionally, until beans are soft and most of liquid is absorbed, about 6 to 7 minutes. Stir in lime juice. Lightly mash with a potato masher.

    Spread tortillas with bean mixture, then top with eggs. Sprinkle with tomato and feta.
