Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl
Whirl 2 frozen ripe bananas, cut in half, 1 cup mixed fresh berries and ½ cup Greek yogurt in a blender until smooth.
Pour into 2 bowls and top with toasted almonds, granola, sunflower and hemp seeds and more berries.
Drizzle with honey or maple syrup. Serves 2.
