Preheat oven to 375°F
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine thawed berries, sugar, cornstarch, salt and lemon zest
Gently fold ingredients together.
Spoon mixture into tart shells to almost the top of the shell
Place tart shells on a parchment-lined baking sheet or tart tin
Bake for 20 min or until shells are golden and fruit bubbly Topping In a small bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form In a second larger bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, salt and vanilla Beat until smooth, then fold in whipping cream Spoon or pipe onto baked and cooled tarts Sprinkle with lemon zest or crushed candy cane for a festive touch
