    Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 400°F. Mist a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray or line with paper liners.

    Stir together flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl. Stir in berries.

    Whisk together milk, mayonnaise and egg in a medium bowl. Add to flour mixture and stir until just combined. Divide batter among muffin cups.

    Bake until muffin tops spring back when lightly touched and a toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean, about 20 minutes.
