    Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high. Add beef. Cook, stirring and breaking up beef with a wooden spoon, until no longer pink, about 6 minutes.

    Reduce heat to medium. Add mushrooms, garlic and black pepper. Cook, stirring often, until mushrooms soften, about 5 minutes.

    Stir in soup, water, rosemary, onion powder, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Cook, stirring occasionally, until it comes to a simmer. Add noodles. Simmer, covered, stirring once, for 4 minutes. Add beans. Continue cooking, covered, stirring occasionally, until pasta and beans are tender, about 5 minutes.
