Caramel S’mores Recipe

Sticky yet satisfying, these caramel s'mores are a treat that will make everyone want more. For this caramel s'mores recipe, do everything the same as you always would when making s'mores (just in the oven, instead of over a fire), and add caramel sauce before you sandwich it all together!

    Position rack in top of oven, then preheat broiler on high. Line a baking sheet with foil.

    Break graham wafers in half. Place six wafer halves on prepared sheet. Top each half with 3 chocolate pieces. Arrange two marshmallow halves, cut-side-down, on chocolate pieces.

    Broil until marshmallows are browned and beginning to puff, about 30 to 50 seconds. (Don't walk away from the oven, the marshmallows roast very quickly. Watch closely!)

    Remove from the oven. Drizzle 1 to 2 tsp caramel topping over marshmallows, then top with remaining graham wafer. Wait 30 to 40 seconds before handling.
