Orange & Almond Salad with Greens
Preheat oven to 350° F. Toast almonds on a baking sheet in the centre of the oven, 2 to 3 min.
Combine oil with vinegar, honey and salt in a small glass jar. Cover and shake well. Set aside.
Slice a small piece off the top and bottomof each orange. Remove and discard peel and white pith. Slice oranges into thickrounds. Separate onion rounds into rings. Arrange greens, orange sections and onion rings on a large platter.
Sprinkle with toasted almonds. Shake jar with dressing. Drizzle over salad before serving.
