Almond & Orange Salad Recipe
Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 350°F.
Spread almonds on a baking sheet. Toast until golden, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, whisk oil, vinegar, honey and salt in a medium bowl.
Slice a small piece off the top and bottom of each orange. Remove and discard peel and white pith. Slice oranges into thin rounds. Separate onion rounds into rings.
Arrange greens, orange rounds and onion rings on a large platter. Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
Drizzle salad with dressing just before serving.
