Braised Brussels Sprouts & Bacon Recipe
Place bacon in large non-stick frying pan over medium. Cook, turning halfway, until crisp, about 10 minutes.
Pour off all 2 tbsp of the bacon drippings and discard.
Add soup, lemon juice, mustard powder and pepper. Increase heat to high and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 minute.
Stir in Brussels sprouts and sage. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until Brussels sprouts are tender, about 15 minutes.
