Directions

Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 10 mins

    Stir garlic cloves, vinegar, cayenne pepper and salt in a small bowl. Rub onto both sides of steaks.

    Heat a large frying pan over medium-high. Add oil, then steaks.

    Reduce heat to medium. Cook until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of steak reads 145°F for medium-rare, 3 to 4 minutes per side.

    Transfer to a cutting board, cover with foil and let rest for 5 minutes.

    Cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Drizzle pan juices over steaks to serve.
