Spinach & Chicken Penne Pasta In Rose Sauce

Pasta night is all set in just 25 minutes. Packed with bright green spinach and smoky roasted red peppers, this chicken penne pasta gets doused in a creamy rose sauce and topped with freshly shaved parmesan to finish. Optional: Serve with warm slices of French bread.

Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins

    Cook penne following package directions.

    Meanwhile, heat a large frying pan over medium-high. Add oil, then chicken. Cook until browned on all sides, about 4 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

    Prepare Parma-Rosa Pasta Sauce Mix in same pan, following package directions.

    Return chicken to pan, then add peppers. Simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink, about 3 minutes. Stir in spinach and cook until spinach wilts, about 1 minute. Serve over pasta.
