Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 425°F. Arrange chicken on a baking sheet.

Combine mayonnaise with Parmesan in a medium bowl. Evenly top chicken breasts with mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Bake until chicken is cooked through and an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of thigh reads 165°F, about 20 minutes. Serve with a side salad.
