Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 350°F. Spray a 9x9-in baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Stir corn kernels, creamed corn, flour and butter in a large bowl until no lumps of flour remain. Stir in milk, eggs, seasoning salt, baking powder and cayenne until well combined. Scrape into prepared dish.

Bake until top is lightly browned and casserole is set in the centre, about 60 to 75 minutes. Transfer to a rack and cool at least 5 minutes before serving.
