Peanut Butter Granola Bar Recipe
Make a batch (or two) on Sunday for the week ahead, you'll be glad you did.
Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 350°F. Line a 9-in square baking pan with parchment.
Stir peanut butter, honey and oil in a large bowl until combined. Stir in oats, wheat germ, raisins and dried apricots until coated. Press into prepared pan.
Bake until top is golden brown, about 25 minutes. Transfer to a rack to cool completely before cutting into bars.
