Tip: Flour is used to thicken the gravy. To make sure you can't taste it, cook gravy for at least two to three minutes before taking off the heat.

Whisk gravy mix and flour in a large saucepan. Whisk in water and turkey pan drippings until smooth.

Set over medium-high. Cook, whisking often, until gravy comes to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, whisking occasionally, until thickened, about 5 minutes.
