(In this recipe, mayonnaise helps seal in the moisture while adding a little creaminess to the garlic-pesto topping.)

    Position rack in top third of oven, then preheat broiler. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

    Place tilapia on prepared sheet. Combine mayonnaise and pesto in small bowl. Spread evenly over tilapia.

    Broil until tilapia flakes easily with a fork, about 5 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
