Pizza Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Spread butter over both sides of bread. Spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce on each slice. Sprinkle one slice with mozzarella. Sandwich both halves together.
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium. Add sandwich. Cook until bottom is golden and crisp, about 2 to 3 minutes. Flip, then cook until bottom is golden and crisp, about 1 to 2 more minutes. Serve immediately.
