Orzo Pasta Salad
Whisk oil, vinegar, green onion, Parmesan, Dijon, basil, salt and black pepper in a large bowl until combined. Set aside.
Cook orzo in a medium saucepan following package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Add cold orzo, chicken, carrot, zucchini, tomato and bell pepper to dressing. Toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
