Red Velvet White Chocolate Chip Cookies
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C.) Line two baking trays with parchment paper; set aside. 2. In a medium bowl thoroughly combine cupcake mix, eggs and butter until smooth. Stir through white chocolate chips until incorporated. Portion into 1 Tbsp (15 mL) sized balls and set 4-5 cm apart on prepared baking trays. 3. Bake 12-14 minutes, rotating the trays halfway through. Cool completely on the tray before serving.
