Coconut Rice & Beans
Combine coconut milk, broth, garlic, salt and allspice in a medium saucepan and set over medium-high.
Bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, covered, until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes.
Stir in beans. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
