Rice & beans
Combine coconut milk, broth, garlic, salt and allspice in a medium pot. Bring to a boil. Add rice and stir. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 20 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Stir in beans and cook another 2 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
