Roger Mooking’s Teriyaki Beef Lettuce Cups
Combine steak and Teriyaki sauce in a large bowl and stir to coat. Let marinate for 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook noodles until just tender, about 1 to 2 minutes. Drain well.
Heat a large frying pan over high. Add oil, then steak with marinade and ginger. Stir-fry until cooked through, about 3 to 4 minutes. Add green onions and carrots. Stir-fry until carrots are tender-crisp, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Add noodles, basil, salt and pepper and toss well to combine.
Spoon Teriyaki mixture into lettuce leaves. Garnish with sesame seeds.
