Potluck-Perfect Salami Chips and Dip
Ingredients
Directions
- 1
Position racks in lower and upper thirds of oven, then preheat to 375°F.
- 2
To make the dip, stir sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, honey and onion powder in a small bowl until combined. Cover and refrigerate until cold.
- 3
Arrange salami slices in a single layer tightly on two large baking sheets. (If you'd like, you can place parchment paper on the sheets for easier cleanup.) Bake on arranged racks, rotating and switching baking sheets about 7 minutes in. Remove when salami is browned and wavy, about 10 minutes.
- 4
Transfer to paper towels to absorb excess oil and let stand until cool. Arrange in a bowl and serve with dip. Garnish dip with chopped chives if you’d like. You could also serve on a charcuterie board or cheese plate with olives, fruit and nuts.
- 5
Time-Saving Tip: Prep salami chips up to 5 days ahead and store them in an airtight container. Reheat in the oven at 300°F until crispy, about 5 minutes.
