Arrange mini baking cups on a baking sheet.

Microwave the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a small microwave-safe bowl on high for 30 seconds. Let stand in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir well. Repeat this process 1 to 2 more times, or until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

  • 3

Transfer chocolate to a resealable plastic bag and set aside. Snip off a small piece of one corner.

  • 4

Squeeze approximately 1 tsp chocolate into the bottom of each baking cup.

  • 5

Evenly divide the almonds and peanuts among the baking cups.

  • 6

Drizzle the remaining chocolate over the nuts, making sure all are covered.

  • 7

    Sprinkle with kosher salt.

  • 8

Allow chocolate to set at room temperature or refrigerate for 1 hour. Transfer to an airtight container for 3 to 5 days.
