Saucy Lemon-Pepper Shrimp
Toss shrimp, butter, lemon juice, pepper and salt in a 9x13-in microwave-safe baking dish until well combined.
Microwave at 80% power until shrimp turn pink and are cooked through, about 3 1/2 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley and toss to coat. Serve over rice, if desired.
