Sausage & Broccoli Carbonara Recipe
Heat a large nonstick frying pan over medium-high. Add oil, then sausages and cook, turning frequently, until cooked through, about 10 minutes. Remove sausage to a cutting board. Set aside until cool enough to handle, then slice.
Pour off fat from pan. Combine water and milk in same pan. Bring to a boil, then stir in creamy bacon carbonara pasta and continue boiling, covered, over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes.
Stir in broccoli and sausage and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until broccoli and pasta are tender, about 5 minutes. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
