Grilled Chicken Marinades
Stir condensed chicken stock bouillon with one of the following ingredient combinations in a small bowl. Transfer mixture to a large resealable bag.
Add chicken to bag and massage to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat barbecue to medium. Place chicken on grill. Barbecue, lid closed, until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part reads 165°F, about 8 to 10 minutes per side.
Maple Mustard BBQ Rub
2 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp grainy mustard, 1 clove garlic, chopped, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Rosemary Garlic BBQ Rub 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp packed brown sugar, 1 clove garlic, chopped, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1/4 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
Sweet Chipotle BBQ Rub
1/4 cup strawberry, peach or orange preserves, 1 tbsp chopped sweet onion or shallot, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1/4 tsp ground chipotle pepper
Buffalo BBQ Rub
1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp packed brown sugar, 1 tbsp hot sauce
Parmesan Italian BBQ Rub
1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tbsp packed brown sugar, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
