    Divide oatmeal and milk between four individual microwave-safe bowls. Cook in microwave following package directions.

    Stir 1 tbsp cheese and 1 tsp parsley into each bowl. Top with eggs, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and remaining parsley. Season with salt and black pepper.
