Chocolate & Caramel Chip Cookies Recipe
Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 350°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment.
Beat butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixture until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl. Gradually blend flour mixture into butter mixture, blending well. Stir in caramel chips.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoons onto prepared sheet.
Bake, one sheet at a time, until just set, 7 to 9 minutes. Cool on sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
