Shaved Beef on Horseradish-Herb Crostini
Snip 2 Tbsp (30 mL) chives, then cut remaining into 2 inches (5 cm) pieces. Blend Becel® Light margarine, chives, horseradish and Dijon in small bowl until blended. Spread about 1/2 tsp (2 mL) Becel® mixture onto each baguette slice. Cut roast beef slices slightly larger than baguette slices. Arrange roast beef, then few chives on each baguette slice; sprinkle with pepper. Becel® Light margarine mixture can be made several days ahead, but stir in chives just before spreading on bread.
