Shrimp & Avocado Salad
Place sesame seeds in a large non-stick frying pan set over medium-high. Toast, stirring frequently, until golden, about 1 minutes. Transfer to a small bowl.
Add oil to pan, then shrimp. Cook, stirring frequently, until shrimp turn pink, about 3 minutes.
Arrange spinach on a serving platter. Top with avocado, orange, radishes and shrimp and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat before serving.
