Shrimp Singapore Noodles Recipe
Prepare Singapore Curry Noodles following package directions in a medium saucepan, substituting coconut milk for 3/4 cup of the water.
Add peas and carrots during last 3 minutes of cook time, and shrimp during last 1 minute of cook time. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice.
Serve, if desired, with chopped cilantro and lime wedges.
