Shrimp Curry Noodles
Prepare Knorr® Sidekicks® Singapore Curry Noodles according to package directions, substituting coconut milk for 3/4 cup (175 mL) of the water. Add peas and carrots during last 3 minutes of cook time and shrimp during last 1 minute of cook time. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice. Serve, if desired, with chopped cilantro and lime wedges.
